Duties 

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Manager, Reporting, Data & Insights you will: 

  • Lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of procurement reporting, data and analytics. 

  • Provide actionable insights on spend (on- and off-contract), contract performance, and category information. 

  • Support executive decision-making with insights that drive sustainability, affordability and commercial outcomes. 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure reporting meets organisational needs and strategic objectives. 

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data frameworks to monitor procurement performance. 

  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, analytics capabilities and reporting processes. 

  • Ensure procurement reporting aligns with icare policies, frameworks and NSW Government requirements. 

Skills & Experience  

  • Proven experience in procurement reporting, data analytics or business intelligence. 

  • Strong ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and actionable way. 

  • Experience with spend analysis, contract performance metrics and category reporting. 

  • Proficiency in data/reporting tools and systems (e.g., dashboards, BI platforms, Excel). 

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience supporting executive decision-making. 

  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and enhance reporting frameworks. 

  • Understanding of procurement processes, frameworks and compliance requirements.
