I am Irish born and have been working within recruitment in Australia since 2007.  

I have primarily always recruited within the Insurance industry; and it has been an area I have genuinely enjoyed working in. I feel quite lucky as I get to meet and work with some amazing people who want to make a difference and impact through the work they do.  

I joined the icare team in September 2021 and I really enjoy my role here.  My stakeholders (your potential reporting managers) have a tremendous passion for their team and the work they do; which strikes a real chord with me.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Religion, Philosophy, and Ethics from King's College London, which ignited my passion for people and diversity.

I have been in the wonderful world of recruitment since 2008. Starting with Randstad in the UK, I worked on key accounts in Government, Medical and life sciences.

In 2012 I moved to Australia with Randstad where he continued to work for 3 years before transitioning to RPO, leading Coles for NSW/ACT and later Honeywell (Pacific region) recruitment. From 2019 and through Covid I managed client delivery teams for the recruitment software business Springboard with a focus on transformation.

After a post covid career break I spent some time in start up land leading complex recruitment solution sales and implementation for an international healthcare organisation focused on aged care, before joining Harrier and iCare in September 2024.
