Technology enabled hiring with a purpose



You may be asked to complete an online interview via our assessment platform Vervoe as part of icare’s recruitment process and this is your chance to show us how you would handle real-world scenarios, completing tasks or activities that you would do in the job. We may ask you to answer questions via video (using webcam or mobile), text or even uploading a file. Be yourself and answer to the best of your ability.
