About the Role

This role supports our capability and development strategies across icare, creating, curating and developing elearn solutions and face to face training programs. You will support learning and development interventions for internal audiences aligned to icare’s core capabilities, including the management of compliance training and administration of the learning management system.

Duties

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as an Instructional Designer you will:

• Proactively seek opportunities to make the complex simple to drive better learning outcomes.
• Design and develop effective learning interventions including eLearn modules using Artciculate, and face to face training materials; participant resources and facilitator guides using PowerPoint, in accordance with icare design protocols.
• Design effective assessment components to learning interventions as required.
• Manage the annual continuous improvement cycle of our compliance training suite.
• Learning Administration System administrative duties, SuccessFactors, including the loading and testing of learn solutions.
• Manage the icare Board training portal.
• Work collaboratively with SMEs and product owners (i.e. frontline staff, people leaders, legal and executive leaders) in the preparation of content to ensure a consistent approach is applied.
• Ensure all reports and other coordination tools provided to the business are easy to use for managers and provide sound data which is relevant to the audience.

Skills & Experience  

• Cert IV Training and Assessment
• Diploma of training, design and development or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2-years’ experience instructional design and content development, inclusive of e-learning, (Articulate storyline).
• Highly developed instructional design skills combined with an eye for detail and an understanding of adult learning principles
• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines
