About the Role
Provide support to the Head of Cyber Uplift to plan, manage and report on the successful delivery of multi-stakeholder projects within icare’s Cyber Uplift Program. Help coordinate project teams to implement technology changes into useable IT products that mitigates IT Security risks. Ensure effective coordination between projects including schedule and resource management of a diverse portfolio of Cyber projects that are strategic and complex in nature. Develop program level reporting, ensuring high-quality and accurate financial tracking, support and coordination to Cyber Security Program stakeholders along with and proactively maintaining the risk and issue register

Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Cyber Security Analyst you will:
- Assist with project governance and reporting as required by the project board as well as assist Cyber Delivery Lead with coordination of Cyber Security projects.
- Manage the development, deployment and execution of controls and defenses to ensure the security and risk mitigation of company infrastructure technology, information systems.
- Identify stakeholders and collect business, functional, non-functional, & security requirements
- Participate in project meetings and track actions, presentations, briefs, and key messages.
- Identify cybersecurity architecture and design including goals, objectives and metrics.
- Analyse business needs and priorities for protection of critical systems/ crown jewels.
- Evaluate potential business impacts from security breaches and provides strategic and tactical guidance to business decision-makers.
- Develop and executes security systems compliance policies and procedures.
- Assist with cybersecurity vulnerabilities, threats and events, oversees incident response planning, and leads vulnerability audits and forensic investigation
- Working with Project and Operations team to manage the administration and hardening of internal processes and systems against outside penetration and attack
- Reporting, documentation, assisting testing team with Security Standards and Protocols for testing such as User Acceptance Testing (UATs).
- Enhancing the Cyber Security awareness and culture among all employees and partners, through training, communication, and engagement campaigns.
- Reporting, documentation, assisting testing team with User Acceptance Testing (UATs), assisting Business Analysis activities and other duties as required.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Microsoft BI or similar software would be advantageous, although not mandatory requirement for the role.
- Developing and implementing a cyber security strategy and roadmap that aligns with the icare’s vision, mission, and objectives, and addresses the identified gaps and risks.
- Assisting with project deployment of the latest cyber security technologies and solutions, such as firewalls, encryption, antivirus, intrusion detection and prevention systems, security information and event management systems
- Ensure applications deployed into production as designed
- Participate in go-live activity to ensure successful production environment
- Assisting in Business Analysis activities and other duties as required.
- Coordinate staff to meet the project timeframes and manage deadlines and competing priorities.
- Communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Liaise with business and technical areas to facilitate the timely resolution of issues as they arise.
- Produce technical and non-technical documentation as required.
- Excellent ability to multi-task, works well under pressure and knows how to prioritise tasks
- A flexible worker who can adjusting & adapt to a fast-paced tech environment
- Benefits Management: Support the Program Manager by maintaining the benefits register as part of the full suite of program documentation.
- Project Governance: Coordinate the governance routines for the program and prepare timely and accurate packs and minutes. Ensure program adherence to project disciplines and required documentation as part of the icare way. Challenge project managers in their status reports to ensure clarity of progress, action required, and deadline for resolution.
- Project Management: Coordinate the activities and information management requirements to ensure an accurate source of truth of the program’s progress against scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables. Use approved icare tools for the capture and storage of all project documentation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ensure that the project status reports are of high quality, consistent standard and produced to a defined timescale. Responsible for the development of program status reports and distribution to key stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Project Management or relevant field and/or equivalent industry experience and skills acquired through practical experience.
- Demonstrated strong experience and knowledge of Information Technology, Information Security and/or Cyber Security
- Minimum 4 years in Information Technology/Cyber Security domain.
- Familiarity with Cyber Security Projects and Information Security Risk Management.
- Strong skills in business process design, implementing business process change, and conducting training sessions
- Experience in Agile Project Delivery
- Advanced Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Competency in JIRA and Confluence.
