About the Role

This role is responsible for the delivery of a range of administrative services to support the operation of the Significant Litigation and other Customer Outcomes teams responsible for the management of complaints and disputes (the team).

Duties

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as an Administration Assistant you will:

  • Provide a range of administrative and support services, including receiving, documenting, assigning and monitoring matters, ensuring integrity of data to support reporting, preparing and distributing reporting, managing routine correspondence, meeting and event coordination, to support the effective operation of the team.
  • Monitor and triage queries and proactively communicate with relevant parties as required.
  • Collect information for, and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements, to support information flow and inform decision making.
  • Promote positive working relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Complete weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Complete routine financial transactions and purchasing services, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.
  • Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required, to ensure the provision of accurate information.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a similar role, with prior experience and understanding of workers compensation.
  • Familiarity with the Personal Injury Commission.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
