The opportunity:

Edit, curate and write technical content for materials to guide the process of learning in Workers Compensation (WC) so that users can access and apply the information and deliver exceptional customer service.

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Technical Writer you will:

  • Procure and edit technical content and knowledge collateral across Workers Compensation to meet the needs of the service model.
  • Work collaboratively with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders in the preparation of new material and reviewing existing material to ensure a consistent approach to operational knowledge that is focused on the end user’s needs.
  • Ensure content retains technical integrity, is grammatically correct and compliant with the icare brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Knowledge Leader to review material usage reports and incorporate feedback.
  • Ensure data fields are accurately completed and that related materials and resources are correctly referenced.

Your story so far:

  • Highly developed written communication skills combined with eye for detail and an understanding of adult learning.
  • Experience in developing and working with Knowledge Collateral.
  • Previous Workers Insurance Claims experience is highly valued.
  • Salesforce knowledge base experience.
  • Technical writing experience.
