The opportunity:

This role will be accountable for managing recruitment partners to deliver permanent and contingent resources and providing technical expertise in the development of talent acquisition requirements, technology, and experience improvement initiatives across icare. In addition, the role will be responsible for end-to-end executive recruitment activities, and will require an engaging individual with strong stakeholder management skills, who will listen, consult and work in close partnership with senior hiring managers, People and Culture Partners and executive search firms to find exceptional talent to fill critical executive roles at icare.

This role is a blend of contributing to talent acquisition strategy development, understanding the organisation’s plans and priorities to create and implement talent acquisition plans, project management, senior stakeholder management, consulting, facilitation, implementation, reporting and embedding behaviour change.

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Talent Acquisition Relationship Manager you will:

• Manage senior partner relationships including the recruitment outsource provider and managed services provider to deliver permanent and contingent resources in line with contractual requirements.
• Provide end-to-end executive recruitment services in a confident, approachable, and professional manner.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the onsite talent acquisition team and ensure the contract and resourcing requirements are met to deliver a consistently high level of service and experience to candidates and hiring managers.
• Identify the organisation’s needs to create and implement an efficient long-term talent acquisition strategy
• Develop and measure key recruitment metrics to monitor performance and provide talent insights to support workforce capability decisions.
• Be an inclusion, diversity and equity advocate to deliver hiring processes that are inclusive and a workforce that reflects the community that icare supports, in line with our strategic imperatives.

Your story so far:

• Relevant tertiary education in a people related discipline, or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through extensive practical experience.
• Previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition position, ideally within a professional services environment, however not essential
• Experience and success working with senior stakeholders in a complex and transforming organisation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively across all levels
• Prior Vendor Management experience would be highly advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
