The opportunity:
This role will be accountable for managing recruitment partners to deliver permanent and contingent resources and providing technical expertise in the development of talent acquisition requirements, technology, and experience improvement initiatives across icare. In addition, the role will be responsible for end-to-end executive recruitment activities, and will require an engaging individual with strong stakeholder management skills, who will listen, consult and work in close partnership with senior hiring managers, People and Culture Partners and executive search firms to find exceptional talent to fill critical executive roles at icare.
This role is a blend of contributing to talent acquisition strategy development, understanding the organisation’s plans and priorities to create and implement talent acquisition plans, project management, senior stakeholder management, consulting, facilitation, implementation, reporting and embedding behaviour change.
