The opportunity:

In this exciting opportunity, you will support the operations and strategy of the Agency Engagement business activities and initiatives supporting NSW Government Agencies. You will own the processes and improvements, and work with Project Teams to deliver improvements in technology and operations and help shape how we deliver our Customer Value Proposition.

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; on a typical day you will:

  • Support the creation and execution of the Agency Engagement and Agency Strategy business plans including monitoring of team key performance indicators and delivery milestones.
  • Oversee and evaluate the effectiveness and execution of internal and customer facing Agency Engagement processes to optimise delivery.
  • Own and improve the Agency Engagement process base for assurance and best practice approach to improving, measuring and managing cross-functional handoffs.
  • Collaborate across Agency Engagement Teams for continuous improvement, supporting a culture to identify and raise opportunities to technology and business process based on user needs, customer insights, or reporting and data insights to improve customer and scheme outcomes.
  • Partner with Agency Engagement Teams, CX and Continuous Improvement teams to ensure effective design and release of enhancements to business process and technology.
  • Ensure alignment of Agency Engagement initiatives and continuous improvements to the IfNSW business plan to support the delivery of priority initiatives and targeted outcomes.

 

Your story so far:

  • Experience in Operations and/or Project Management.
  • Exposure to working in a project environment with process improvement and business planning experience; Six Sigma Yellow Belt also advantageous.
  • Basic data analysis skills and ability to interpret analysis and provide insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with effective stakeholder management and negotiation skills to build strong working relationships and drive successful outcomes.
