The opportunity:

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Payroll Advisor you will:

  • Ensure salaries and wages are distributed accurately and on time as per relevant awards, individual employment agreements and other legislative requirements
  • Drive and lead all pay runs to ensure delivery is successful and time effective
  • End to end payroll processing in accordance with legislations and company procedures.
  • Resolving/answering queries relating to payroll across the organisation
  • Preparing, balancing and reconciling superannuation and third-party vendor payments
  • Undertaking required statutory reporting
  • Participate in, and contribute to, quality improvement programs and initiatives

Your story so far:

  • Previous experience in payroll processing and coordination
  • Tertiary level qualification in finance or accounting or equivalent skills and knowledge acquired through practical experience.
  • Well-developed understanding of SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable
  • A quick learner and able to work in fast paced environment
