The opportunity:

As CRM Practice Lead responsible for the quality of the CRM (Salesforce) solutions delivered through the Practice

It’s an exciting environment where no two days are the same. But on a typical day you might find yourself:

  • Experience leading Salesforce solution and delivery within Enterprise level as a SME.
  • Identify opportunities within icare and enhance Salesforce platform to deliver customer centric solution.
  • Maintain standards, including the enforcement of technology related policies, procedures and processes to ensure appropriate use of information technology in a secure computing environment.
  • Lead Salesforce analyst and development team output; coaching and mentoring.
  • Support the planning, design, creation and delivery of quality products.

Your story so far:

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
  • Ability to manage high level relationships, influence senior stakeholders and have excellent negotiation skills.
  • Excellent Salesforce Service cloud and other product knowledge.
  • Experience attracting new talent, developing team capabilities, and performing people management responsibilities.
  • Understanding of architectural frameworks and principles to support Enterprise.
  • Excellent presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship building skills, across all levels of management.
  • Experience of building platform strategy and design product roadmap.
  • Experience managing risk and compliance of platform and project.
