The opportunity:

Seeking experienced corporate support professionals with a passion for providing office support services in a busy environment!

  • Highly visible, integral roles enabling the achievement of core operational business outcomes.

It’s an exciting environment where no two days are the same, but on a typical day you might find yourself:

  • Undertaking reception duties including meeting, greeting and assisting a range of stakeholders including icare employees, guests, customers and other visitors.
  • Supporting events as required including coordinating ordering & delivery of catering requests.
  • Coordinating and managing multiple meeting rooms including technology operation and arranging configurations.
  • Maintaining consumables and general upkeep of kitchens and print rooms.
  • Responding to enquiries by phone, email or in person, ensuring an accurate, customer-focused and timely response, escalating to the appropriate person as required.

You will also provide a range of administrative and office support services, including: records management, filing, photocopying, mail receipt and sorting, external courier bookings and deliveries, maintenance of registers, compilation of data, statistics and reports to support the smooth running of office activities.

Please note the nature of these positions require full-time attendance in the office, Monday to Friday and will provide support to both the Sydney-CBD and Parramatta icare offices.

Your story so far:

  • Proven experience in an office support role within a busy environment (preferably corporate reception experience).
  • Excellent presentation and high level of customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong interpersonal manner to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organised, diligent approach while also being adaptable and flexible to changing requirements and environments.
