We’re looking for someone with knowledge, practical experience and skills, to support participants and their families with a disability or allied health background to manage a caseload of participants with complex injury related needs as they transition back into their community following serious injury, including brain and spinal injuries.
In this role you will be working with a diverse mix of people who really care about making a difference for people and the NSW community and you will be provided with ongoing professional development and peer support. You will have the mind for thinking holistically and set the bar high through the quality of work that you do. You will also ensure person centred, timely, high quality and cost-effective services are coordinated and provided to meet participant’s needs and scheme objectives.
