The opportunity:

We are currently seeking an experienced Content Producer (videographer/photographer) with a commercial mindset and a passion for social impact to join the icare team. Develop and deliver brand-compliant video and multimedia content to support people-focused storytelling and effectively communicate icare’s messages to internal and external audiences.  Manage all technical tasks related to production, pre-production and post-production of content including animations, videos and photography.

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Content Producer you will:

  • Creating inspiring, engaging video content, photography and animations to communicate icare’s brand story and support communication initiatives across varied channels
  • Working collaboratively with communication team members to produce video content and photography for various internal and external channels including social media platforms and the icare website
  • Managing end-to-end production of icare video and photography projects including acceptance of briefs, planning, storyboarding, scheduling, shooting and editing
  • Providing advice and guidance on video and multimedia production best practice to internal stakeholders, as required

Your story so far:

  • Tertiary qualifications (at degree level) in visual communications/multimedia production, or an equivalent discipline, or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through practical experience
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering a wide range of high-quality video and multimedia content for a range of social media and digital platforms
  • Excellent capabilities in interpreting briefs into strong video/photography communication solutions including a technical knowledge of how to direct talent and capture audio/video and photography, to tell a story that matches the brief
  • Advanced knowledge of, and experience using, camera, audio and lighting equipment is desirable
  • Advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite - including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Experience managing end-to-end multimedia production workflows - planning, storyboarding, capturing and editing -- to produce engaging content for multiple platforms
  • Current Driver’s License and willingness to travel intrastate to capture content
