Implement CRM technology solutions to support the continuous improvement of the CRM platform so that our frontline teams can provide a superior person-centric customer experience. This role will participate in problem solving, solution design, development, deployment and maintenance of solutions.

Duties

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Salesforce Developer you will:

  • Manage and take end to end ownership of L2-L3 support incidents with high focus on customer experience.  
  • Support the design of solutions and implementation to ensure alignment with the approved strategies under BAU functions and reference architectures.
  • Work closely with Practice Lead, Manager, Customer Relationship and Contact Management Platform, Practice BA, Domain Arch and delivery partners to support successful BAU delivery model.
  • Configure and maintain workflow, flow, process builder, approval process, validation rule.
  • Adhere to coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable and easy to understand code and maintaining code repository.
  • Conduct code reviews for on-going projects to ensure high code quality and design patterns are being used.
  • Maintain apex classes, triggers, visualforce pages, lightning components and debug to support break fixes.
  • Proactively seek out and identify system enhancements and gather user feedback.
  • Provide recommendations for alternative methods of implementation to best meet the business client needs, and to provide user-friendly solutions.
  • Provide go live support, including responding to operational issues, new environment preparation, and hands-on testing.
  • Assess Small Work Request and provide estimates.
  • Identify solutions to the development and technical team based on approved business and functional requirements.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer in service and sales cloud at a minimum.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Force.com in terms of customisation, configuration, automation and development using technologies such as Apex, triggers, visual force and lightning components.
  • Experience in implementing integration patterns using Rest API on the force.com platform and ability to debug complex code.
  • Experience in web technologies, such as HTTP, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML and CSS.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of current CRM best practices, trends, and technical background on salesforce products.
  • Support and lead business engagements on Small Work Request to define how Salesforce will work (with specifications, process documents, and screen mock-ups).
  • Experience administering Salesforce.com (service cloud, reports and dashboard, duplicate management).
  • Collaborate with Domain Architect, Business Analyst & team to assess the cross functional impacts of business decisions across the Salesforce platform and provide input on processes and procedures affecting the team.
  • Strong ability to effectively self-manage priorities and be able to collaborate effectively between BAU and other project teams.
  • Manage 2500+ user license profiles and roles customize objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validation rules.
